Summary

Today: Senior Frontend Software Engineer and UX/UI Designer at Genedata, Basel (since 2019)
Founder of Randuro, an AI-native mobile app (since 2025)
Experience: 25+ years building for the web, since 1998 (professionally since 2005)
Strengths: Frontend architecture, high-performance data visualization, UX/UI design, AI-assisted development
Languages: French (native), English (full professional), German (professional)

Hello, I am a French self-taught frontend engineer and UX/UI designer. I built my first website in 1998 on Multimania: a Game of the Goose written in JavaScript 1.2, with the same HTML as this page. I have been doing it professionally for more than 20 years, since I started my own web agency in May 2005.

At Genedata, I am the senior of the team: I own the frontend architecture and the technical choices, design the user interfaces, and set up AI for the team. In 2025, I also founded Randuro, a mobile app for enduro riders that I build and run almost entirely with AI.

Before 2011, I focused on PHP, SQL and software development. In 2009, the book «Ergonomie Web» by Amélie Boucher (Ergolab) changed the way I saw my work, and since then I have focused on front-end technologies and user interface design. I love simplicity, lightness, performance and speed, as well as web standards and accessibility. And I am endlessly curious about new web technologies.

My first lines of code were written in BASIC when I was 8, around 1990. It took me the whole drive across France, on the first day of the holidays, to get my program to ask my parents their names, ages and more.
Timeless!

Experience

Founder

Randuro — January 2025 - present

Randuro is the private logbook for enduro riders: a mobile app to log rides, keep scouting notes with photos (even offline), sync rides from Garmin or import GPS files, and replay descents in 3D. Private by default, with privacy zones hiding home and trailhead locations.

  • Solopreneur: product, design, development and operations.
  • Born from Mountain Bikers Club, a side project I started in 2018.
  • AI-native company, fully built with AI. I barely write code myself anymore.
  • Runs autonomously, with 8 Grok Bots working in coordination.
  • Marketing done together with Capucine Gallioz.
